Caprese Salad with Balsamic Vinegar
2-3 medium to large tomatoes, sliced thin
8 slices of mozzarella cheese
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1/3 c. extra-virgin, cold-pressed olive oil
1/4 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
Directions:
1. Layer tomatoes and cheese on a platter attractively.
2. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and then with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle basil leaves over tomatoes.
4. Chill till ready to serve.
